The staff at the front desk were excellent! The gentleman at the desk was extremely kind and took the initiative to ensure that everything ran smoothly.m, When my card was declined a few times he showed me respect by telling me he would stop trying rather than pushing through and running the risk of locking it He even offered me the option to work around the situation by paying half in cash which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and genuine kindness!
Stayed here for a week and watched these guys putting together really amazing set ups for the rooms. Lighting in the rooms is incredible, decor is top notch, the bedding was the best hotel bedding I've encountered. The place is still in the remodeling process with the new management and they're doing an incredible job. Location is amazing, price is unbelievable for the room, and place is kept clean. Staff is very easy going and friendly.
Overall, a decent stay. The room was pretty decent. There was a hole in the wall but nothing crazy. Also a shelf in the room was broken and the closet door won’t shut. I can’t complain though. I’ve stayed in worse. In addition, my two buddies had their own rooms. The one room had a broken bathroom door and the rest of the doors wouldn’t shut properly. The other room had an exposed wall outlet. On second thought, be wary of staying here if you have kids. Probably not the safest for them.
